All cancellations must be sent in writing or e-mailed to the EUSIPCO 2009 Secretariat:

Cancellation of Registration
Cancellations received on or before 1 June 2009 - an administration fee of £50 will be due and will be deducted from any refund issued.

Cancellations received after 1 June 2009 - full payment is due and no refunds issued. Name changes are permitted.

Cancellation of Hotel Accommodation
Cancellations received on or before 1 June 2009 - no penalty.

Cancellations received after 1 June 2009 - hotels may deduct from your credit card an amount up to the value of the duration of the stay booked. A reduction in the number of nights booked will be treated as a cancellation by the hotel and the hotel will be entitled to take payment from the card provided.

Cancellation of University Accommodation
Full payment due - no refunds given.

Insurance
The organisers do not accept any responsibility for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Delegates are strongly advised to have their own travel insurance policies.
