Abstract : This article deals with application of signal processing and chemometric techniques to fluorescence spectroscopy. Re-corded spectra of pure components in this field are charac-terized by very large peaks and come from a mixture of pure elements. It may be quite difficult to reconstruct the pure components spectra because of their mutually statistically dependence. We have decided to analyse existing techniques to resolve this problem.
