Conference Location

The Glasgow Royal Concert Hall (GRCH) is located in Glasgow's heart of the city centre, at the crossing of the two main pedestrian areas, Buchanan Street and Sauchiehall Street. The venue can be conveniently reached within 15 min by foot from anywhere in the City Centre, is directly adjacent to Buchanan Bus Station with many transport links across Scotland and the UK, 2 minutes from Queen Street Station, and 1 minute from Buchanan Underground Station.

Conference Layout

The conference will extend over both floors of the GRCH, with two large auditoria and several smaller rooms used as lecture theatres, with a wireless network area in the lobby and the large foyers used for posters, exhibition, and coffee breaks.

Transport

Glasgow has excellent transport links and is accessible via three airports (Glasgow, Prestwick, and Edinburgh) and railways. Within Glasgow, the compact city centre and grdi system is easily walkable, the the highly developed public transport network of train, bus, and underground systems provide economic and efficient options for visitors to get around.
